With fathers day having been and gone Mars Hill are now providing a free book specifically aimed at fathers. I’ve not had a chance to read it all but my brief skimming suggests this would be a rewarding read for any father (or potential father!).

The chapter titles give a good summary of the topics covered:

• Worshiping the God of Our Fathers
• The Fruitful Vine
• Cultivating Kids
• The Masculine Duty to Provide
• Instruction Followed by Correction
• Protecting From Sin and Folly
• Countering Culture
